The Slippery Slope by Lemony Snicket is an amazing book with tons of laughs and excitement.It has 337 pages.Its about three young siblings in witch have very turning luck.Their parents have died in terrible fire that destroyed their home and everything in it.The young childrens names are Violet Baudelaire,Sunny Baudelaire,and Klaus Baudelaire.These children hold a very large amount of money in a bank.An evil man named Count Olaf has tried and tried again to steal the youngsters fortune.He has failed all times.When he finally has a chance in the slippery slopes of Mortmain Mountains to eliminate the two eldest Baudelaires ,Violet and Klaus,he takes it.Unfortunately,Klaus and Violet survived the evil crash that could have killed them.During the dreadful crash,Olaf escaped with the youngest Baudelaire,Sunny.He travels to the peak of the mountains and camps there.Sadly,he makes Sunny do all of the cooking and chores around the camp sight.She of course being a baby and all,has to do what Olaf says.While this is happening,the elder Baudelaires are in a cave with a mysterious boy that leads them into a tunnel of some sort.When they reach the end of the tunnel they find out that the boy is accually and old lost friend off theres named Quigily Quagmire.He tells them all about things that the elder Baudelaires need to know.Eventually,they meet up with sunny and the escape the evil clutches of Olaf once more.
